Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from multiple sources and perform data cleaning to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or Python.
- Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical concepts such as regression, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
