Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support business forecasting and product optimization initiatives.
- Document data processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data warehouses.
- Present complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and extracting datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-LOOKUPs, data modeling) is required.
- Experience or interest in learning visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
