Responsibilities
- Support Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering raw data from various sources and perform rigorous cleaning to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to create intuitive and interactive dashboards that visualize key business metrics.
- Statistical Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor data to help the marketing team refine their strategies.
- Collaborative Analysis: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a basic understanding of SQL databases.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus, though we provide training for the right candidate.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems with logical reasoning and structured thinking.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
