Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Create basic reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Tableau to visualize key metrics
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in customer behavior and operational data
- Support ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional teams with timely analysis
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings to align on project goals
- Complete weekly training modules to build technical and analytical skills
Qualifications
