Responsibilities
- Clean, transform, and analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau for stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies in patient data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical leadership through clear data storytelling
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of academic or internship experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
