Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex insights
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product features
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor business health and identify emerging trends
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
