Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- Assist in the creation of standard reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic macros.
- Basic understanding of data visualization concepts (experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot data anomalies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new analytical tools and techniques.
