Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured data using SQL and Excel
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Identify trends and patterns to support strategic business decisions
- Develop automated reporting systems for key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Assist in database maintenance and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and data manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly (training provided for Tableau/Power BI)
