Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Tableau
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior data
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Assist in A/B testing design and results analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings through clear visualizations and written summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent coursework)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction
