Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and automate recurring analytics workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of academic or internship experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Excel/Google Sheets functions
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation preferred
