Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets using Excel and SQL
- Create visualizations (charts, dashboards) to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in developing automated reporting pipelines for client deliverables
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior, operational metrics, and market data
- Collaborate with senior analysts to validate methodologies and ensure data accuracy
- Document processes and maintain organized data repositories for team accessibility
- Present preliminary findings in team meetings to build presentation confidence
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business, or related field (or equivalent coursework)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE clauses)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort learning new software tools (training provided for Tableau/Power BI)
