Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to support strategic decision-making.
- SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data and maintain database integrity.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Document data processes and analysis methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data and generating reports.
