Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is accurate, complete, and ready for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Use statistical methods to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Generate Reports: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining our data warehouses and ensuring data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
