Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare and clean data for analysis ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communications
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for departmental decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects (GitHub or personal website)
