Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Prepare and clean data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement based on data trends and analysis.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization principles.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data simply.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new analytical tools and methodologies.
