Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Implement data quality checks and maintain robust data pipelines for accuracy
- Present findings through clear, compelling narratives to non-technical audiences
- Support A/B testing initiatives and experimental design for product optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, internships, or academic projects
