Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Generate weekly performance reports for department stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies using statistical analysis techniques
- Assist in implementing data quality improvements and validation rules
- Support A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
- Present findings to cross-functional teams in clear, compelling formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
