Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources including SQL databases and APIs, and perform rigorous cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Dashboards & Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing data findings and presenting them to cross-functional teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (JOINs, subqueries) and basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions) and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
