Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate trends to stakeholders
- Assist in developing KPI dashboards and performance reports for department heads
- Identify data anomalies and collaborate with senior analysts to troubleshoot issues
- Support A/B testing initiatives and document analysis methodologies
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate business questions into data requirements
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database structures
