Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate weekly reports to track KPIs and project progress.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus but not required.
