Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor key business metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support data-driven initiatives
- Assist in designing A/B tests and interpreting experimental results
- Maintain data quality through cleansing and validation processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences using clear storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with data analysis or relevant internships
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (vLOOKUP, PivotTables, VBA)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
