Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align data solutions
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in implementing A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize business strategies
- Document methodologies and maintain data integrity standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 1-2 years of academic or internship experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python)
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
