Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, visual format.
- Assist in the automation of reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
