Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations for marketing, operations, and finance
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with senior analysts to design and implement data collection methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Assist in A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with data analysis, internships, or academic projects
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data visualization principles
- Experience with Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects (GitHub, Kaggle, or personal website)
