Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Assist in designing A/B tests to validate business hypotheses
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Maintain and improve data quality standards across reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization fundamentals
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences

- Portfolio showcasing data analysis projects (school projects welcome)
