Responsibilities
- Monitor Security Systems: Track and analyze security alerts and events in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Incident Response Support: Assist senior analysts in triaging, logging, and documenting security incidents.
- Vulnerability Management: Help conduct basic scans and identify potential weaknesses in network configurations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Support internal audits and ensure adherence to security protocols and policies.
- User Support: Educate employees on security best practices and resolve password or access issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No Experience Needed: We welcome recent graduates and career changers with a strong aptitude for learning.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to detect anomalies and patterns in complex data sets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings.
