In this role, you will gain direct exposure to Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, threat intelligence, and network defense strategies. We are looking for passionate individuals with a strong desire to learn and a drive to secure our clients' digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and alerts to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and malicious activities.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Assist in conducting vulnerability scans and security compliance audits.
- Document security incidents and participate in root cause analysis and remediation.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and update security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Security+, Network+) within 12 months.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
