Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Assist in incident response and threat hunting operations
- Develop security documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Implement firewall and endpoint security configurations
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks and CIS controls
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command line interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
