Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Monitor system performance, health, and availability to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve incidents.
- Document system configurations, architectural diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the implementation and configuration of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Research emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Familiarity with Linux command line interface (CLI) and basic scripting (Bash/Python).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
