Responsibilities
- Assist in Cloud Deployment: Support the deployment and configuration of cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor system health and performance metrics to ensure high availability and uptime for client services.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to cloud storage, networking, and server maintenance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration logs.
- Security Support: Assist in implementing security best practices and access controls within cloud environments.
- Automation: Help automate routine tasks using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value potential and drive over prior job history. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Scripting: Basic understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus but not mandatory.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems methodically.
