Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with quarterly operational targets.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to forecast their impact on our business model.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight strategies into product development and marketing cycles.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological advancement and shifting consumer behaviors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and strategic pivots.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to the C-suite and board of directors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and navigating market volatility.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends, specifically regarding AI integration and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
