Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D and implementation of emerging tech pilots.
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive technologies that offer a competitive advantage.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry innovators, startups, and research institutions.
- Oversee budget allocation for futuristic technology investments and measure ROI on innovation projects.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive management, or product development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing innovation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, or Quantum computing concepts and their potential business applications.
