Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, Engineering, and Product to prototype and validate future concepts.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players and research institutions.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Drive the transition of theoretical concepts into viable product pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technical leadership, strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and quantum computing principles.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
