Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core infrastructure.
- Oversee the development of Quantum-Ready Architectures to ensure future scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging tech trends and assess their viability.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Prioritize security and ethical AI standards in all future system designs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Edge Computing.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or future-tech research is a strong plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-level.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
