Responsibilities

- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, autonomous systems, and immersive web experiences.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, and technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing strategies 3-5 years in advance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive complex technical projects to successful completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
