Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to determine their applicability and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in for long-term technology investments and innovations.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and global tech trends to ensure Apex remains a market leader.
- Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and develop high-potential talent within the strategic planning division.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience developing and implementing technology roadmaps for organizations undergoing digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in current and emerging tech stacks, with a focus on scalability and future-readiness.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
