Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Interpret data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare reports for executive leadership with clear visualization of insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliverables
- Develop automated reporting tools to streamline analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and data modeling skills
- Experience with Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
