As a Data Analyst at Vertex Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with leadership to identify key performance indicators, forecast trends, and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
