- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimization: Collaborate with the operations team to improve business processes based on data-driven recommendations.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
