Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for stakeholders.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that translate technical data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing data processes and automate reporting workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and implement best practices to maintain accurate and reliable databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and detail-oriented work.
