Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define data requirements.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
