Responsibilities
- Design and automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Apache Spark
- Create interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze user behavior datasets to optimize product conversion rates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to cross-functional teams via compelling visualizations
- Develop A/B test frameworks for product feature validation
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
- Proven track record translating complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
