Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to present findings to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver weekly insights on patient care efficiency
- Present complex data findings in clear, actionable recommendations for healthcare leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience in healthcare data analysis is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
