Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings to guide executive decision-making.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
