Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key metrics
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from relational databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize business strategies
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across systems
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with Python/R for data manipulation
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in remote teams with strong communication skills
