Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support data extraction and reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights effectively.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
