- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to forecast trends and support high-level strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and communicate findings through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all systems by implementing rigorous testing and validation protocols.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization based on analytical evidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
