Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design and execute complex queries and analyses to support business decision-making processes.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity by cleaning, validating, and maintaining datasets across various sources and systems.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to identify new opportunities for the company.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and highlight strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for data extraction, and experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot trends, anomalies, and errors within large datasets.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
