Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create detailed reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-backed strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
