Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign performance
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise visualizations and written summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide real-time insights during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
